1. By entering the competition and/or accepting any prize (if you are a winner), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The outcome of the competition is subject to the decision of the judge, or organizer of the competition, whose decision is final. No negotiations and or correspondence will be entered into after the fact.
3. Participants enter into and take part in competitions at their own risk and Gagasi Heart Media Group (GH Media Group) bears no responsibility for any loss, damage or harm suffered as a result of participation in the ‘Scrum for Savings’ competition;
4. The Scrum for Savings Competition is brought to you by GH Media Group and will run from; 16 June 2023 till 23 July 2023.
5. To enter the competition, entrant must book an advertising campaign on Gagasi FM or Heart FM, between the 16th of June 2023 and 23rd of July 2023.
6. Once entered, entrants must go to ghmediagroup.co.za and complete ‘Scrum of Savings’ entry form.
7. Winners will be announced via email and social media post on GH Media Group LinkedIn and Facebook.
8. Two (2) winners from Gauteng province will be selected to win: double tickets to watch Springboks vs. Argentina at Emirates Airline Park on Saturday, 29 July 2023, (East Stand Lower – block E21) valued at R850 per ticket.
9. One (1) winner from Western Cape province will be selected to win: double tickets to watch Springboks vs. Argentina at Emirates Airline Park on Saturday, 29 July 2023, (East Stand Lower – block E21) valued at R850 per ticket, including return flight tickets and 1 nights’ accommodation for two sharing, ground travel Uber Voucher valued at R1000, meals not included.
10. GH Media Group will not be held liable for any damages and/liabilities.
9. Winners will be notified via email and judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The Prize is not transferable to another person, nor can it be exchanged for cash.
16. Any entries received after the competition moment will not be eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of the reason for the late entry. GH Media Group is not liable for any technical failure that may result in an entry not being successfully submitted.
